Our manufacturing stages include width sanding to achieve uniform thickness (commonly reduced to 1 inch or customized as required), precision cutting into various lengths such as 5 inches, 6 inches, and 7 inches, followed by shaping processes where ergonomic or functional contours are introduced. These include rounded edges, S-shaped grips, flat industrial blocks, and custom geometry based on client specifications.
Further refinement is achieved through dual-stage sanding using 80-grade and 180-grade abrasives, ensuring both structural integrity and surface smoothness. Finishing processes include color coating, chemical treatment (if required), and drying cycles that stabilize the material for long-term use.
We support custom drilling patterns, including multi-hole configurations (4-hole, 6-hole, and extended grid formats), tailored for applications such as brush mounting, hardware integration, and assembly components.
