Privacy notice

This notice explains how Three9 handles information you send through three9.in.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, company, email, phone number, country, area of interest and your message. When you join the AVART AI waitlist we receive your email and, if you add them, your name and company. This site does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

Only to reply to your message and follow up on that business conversation, which may include passing it to Three9 Industry or Three9 Services, and to email you about AVART AI if you joined the waitlist. We send an automatic confirmation when you submit a form, and enquiries are recorded in our customer management system. We do not sell or rent your details.

Where it is stored

Messages are delivered to our business email and kept in a private record on our web server. Our hosting and email providers process this data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your message and any resulting business relationship, and as required by law.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@three9.in.
